It has been fourteen years since we have been all together. Some of us have traveled to visit but not all at one time since 1995.

What I am proposing that we are all together in Seattle in 2009.  It would give us the opportunity to be together to share what we have begun, where we have been, what we have accomplished.

With the conditions in the country and world, this is an opportunity to create a family community consciously and generously creating their own culture of safety, enthusiasm, abundance, play, warmth, beauty and listening.

There are three meals that will be hosted by the Seattle group:

Saturday picnic lunch by Mom
Saturday evening barbecue by Don and David
Monday evening dinner by the Bains.

The host homes will have food to share
The other lunches and dinners on the go will be up to you.

Mom's House:

Ron and Sue will have the Queen bed in the main bedroom.

Teresa and Noel have two double beds.

Teresa and Noel and Mom will have large tents in the
       back yard for sleeping, napping or alone space.

Michelle, Sara and Diana will be staying at a hotel.

Matt and Sophia-Elizabeth will be staying at a hotel.

Dave Sekac is staying with David and Emmalee during the week at at the Bains for the week-end.

There are lots of places to stay close.

We are in the planning stages for activities:

Here are the bare bones for the few days we will be together:

Wednesday and Thursday: still to be determined....some are coming in Wednesday

Friday:  A day to visit, have down time, catch up

Saturday: A day trip is planned to hike, visit the beach, be in nature with a picnic lunch
                 and time to play around the Sound. Plans are to go to Deception Pass on the
North end of Whitby Island. It is about an 90 minute drive from the host houses.
There is a swimming/wading beach, hiking trails, and island visiting possibilities.
We will have a light picnic with us and come back to Mom's for a barbecue hosted
by David and Donald and conversations around a "camp"fire.

Sunday: The day for David and Emmalee's celebration at Karkee Park. Potluck and lots of
time for visiting and catching up.

Monday: Gather to do a tourist day in Seattle. We will have a list of possible places to visit
and can go in one group or in smaller groups. We will gather to have lunch
downtown together
              Dinner together at Teresa and Noel's home hosted by the Bain family.

Tuesday: Thinking about a spa morning to get the kinks out for the girls and how about
you guys? Want your own spa experience or where do you guys want to hang?
